The promoters accept competitor entries from their respective divisions in good faith. Every effort is made to adhere to the printed program but the promoters cannot accept responsibility for the failure of any entrant to appear. The promoters reserve the right to change, postpone, abandon or cancel the meeting or any part thereof.
